The new Revolution 2500 welder is a multi-process unit that can handle MIG and TIG applications while maximizing efficiency and precision. Three packages are available: one for steel, one for aluminum, and an “all-in” package that accommodates both. Each features a MIG gun that comes with a quick-disconnect feature and Victor flow gauge regulators to control the flow of gas during welding. Also included are gas hoses for TIG welding, a grounding cable and clamp for safety, a 12-inch pedal to control welding current, and TIG torch with a 35-mm Dinse connector. Note that the TIG torch doesn’t include any consumables and you will need additional contact tips for the MIG gun. The “all-in” package also features an aluminum drive roller compatible with .035-.040-inch and .045-inch wire, steel drive roller for .030/.035-inch wire, knurled drive roller for flux-core or dual-shield wire, flowmeter for Argon, “Heavy Hitter” Flex Head Torch, electrode holder for holding and connecting the welding electrode and slider hand controls as an alternative to the foot pedal. Each unit contains no remanufactured parts—the main casting, sector shaft, and internals are all brand new. The box’s specifications include a 7/16-inch female inverted-flare pressure port, a 3/8-inch female inverted-flare return port, and a 13/16-inch input shaft. They will maintain a clean and period look as their short design has a hidden opening in the base to hide any necessary wiring. Each air cleaner matches with any Holley intake manifold that uses a 4150/4160-type square-bore flange. Adapt it to LS-style DBW throttles found on LS2, LS3, LS7 and more.
